These events are an opportunity to share your challenges & successes, innovative ideas, and best practices while getting to know other users in the iMIS community.

Robin Shepheard, Head of Operations & Member Services
Robin is an experienced and certified association executive (AuSAE CAE) with over 15 years in the association industry through a variety of membership organisations. Robin has worked with iMIS across most of this time and in a variety of ways, seen many upgrade and website projects, and always delivered value through focusing on how to maximise business process improvement using iMIS’s in-built capabilities and 360 degree membership engagement model to deliver association and member value. Her current role is Head of Operations and Member Services at the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RCSA), the peak industry body representing the recruitment and staffing sector across Australia and New Zealand. Robin is passionate about peer support and networking through NiUG AP and is a current member of the NiUG Asia Pacific Board.
