Voting & Proxy Voting

Each organisational member is entitled to one vote per company. Votes are to be submitted via your Company Administrator. If the Company Administration is unable to vote, he or she may delegate the vote via proxy.

Vote By Proxy
As per Rule 14 of the NiUG AP Constitution, members who cannot attend the meeting have the right to vote by proxy on all motions except appointment of directors to the board (directors are elected by ballot only).
Valid proxies must be completed on the prescribed Proxy form as emailed.
To be effective this Proxy Form must be lodged BY NO LATER THAN 12 Noon on Friday 26th May 2023
